Chicken Fettecinni or Italian Chicken

1 stick butter
1 packet Italian seasoning
2 chicken breasts
1 can cream chicken soup
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup water

put chicken, butter and Italian seasoning in slow cooker on low for 3 hours (if chicken is frozen a little longer).
Take chicken out, cut in cubes and put back in.
Add water, soup, cream cheese stir.
Cook just until it's hot again - about 1/2 hour.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice (I like egg noodles best with it)
