Carrot Bars

Carrot Bars

4 beaten eggs

2 c. white sugar

1 1/3 cup oil

2 c. flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

1 Tbl cinnamon

3 small jars baby carrots

Beat well. Add nuts. Pour into 2 pans and bake for 15 - 20 minutes

(I use one 9 by 13 and another one that is 8 by 11).


Frosting

4 Tbl melted butter

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 c. powdered sugar


They taste best after refrigeration!
